Sunny Arora is an Associate Professor of Marketing at SPJIMR. Sunny Arora holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. With about 20 years of experience, he has spent 15 years in academics. His research interests are pricing, brand naming, and behavioral psychology.
He has published articles and case studies in top international journals, including the Journal of Brand Management and the Journal of Product & Brand Management. He has presented his research at various national and international conferences, including ACR Latin America 2025, EMAC Lisbon 2024, and ANZMAC New Zealand 2023, and conducted numerous management development programs for corporations.
Rajesh Bagchi is the R.B. Pamplin Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean for Research, Graduate Programs, and Centers at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech. Rajesh studies how consumers can be nudged into making better decisions for themselves and for societal well-being. Rajesh’s research has been published in several leading journals, including the Journal of Consumer Psychology, the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing, and the Journal of Marketing Research. Rajesh serves as Co-Editor for the Journal of Consumer Psychology and has served as an Associate Editor for several journals, including the Journal of Consumer Research. Rajesh is consistently ranked among the Top 30 most productive scholars worldwide and is the recipient of several prestigious awards.
Narayanan Janakiraman is Professor of Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Narayan’s research focuses on three substantive areas: Product Returns, Culture and its Effect, and, more recently, Sleep Deprivation. His work has appeared in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Retailing, and several other peer-reviewed proceedings.
Narayan serves as an AE for the European Journal of Marketing and is on the ERB of the Journal of Retailing and the Journal of Consumer Marketing. He reviews for several journals, including the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Marketing, OBHD, Psychological Science, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Association for Consumer Research, Society for Consumer Psychology, and Nature.
